4. Access, Payments and Refunds
- There is no cost to access Academy Travel Online Lectures. All lectures are provided free of charge through an all-access account.
- As no payment is required, refunds are not applicable. This does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
- Where a user has previously purchased access to individual lectures or lecture packages under earlier systems (including, but not limited to, Acuity), Academy Travel may, at its discretion, offer a refund or an alternative arrangement.
5. Availability and Updates
- We strive to ensure continuous access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Lectures are available for six months from release, after which they may be removed or rotated.
- We may update, replace or remove content at our discretion.
6. Disclaimer
- The Site’s content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
- While our experts strive for accuracy, Academy Travel does not warrant that all information is error-free or suitable for every user.
7. Limitation of Liability
